The Missouri Women’s Business Center offers six roundtables for entrepreneurs at all stages of business growth. These roundtables are facilitated by experienced consultants and provide individuals an arena to voice their concerns and questions in order to gain valuable advice and feedback from the group. Identify potential funding sources - We work with clients to identify potential funding sources for the start-up, management, and expansion of their businesses. These sources include microloans, SBA loans, economic development funds, traditional banks loans, and others.
Prepare Documentation - We also provide assistance in preparing business plans, cash flow projections, and required documentation for obtaining loans.
Direct Lending - Through our own internal microloan program GO Connection can offer clients loans up to $50,000 for equipment, inventory, or working capital.

Women business owners can apply for mentoring through the Athena Powerlink Program. Athena matches women business owners with an Advisory Board, free of charge for one year. The Board is selected based on the needs of the business owner, and the direction they would like to grow their business over the next year. To qualify, women business owners must be in business at least 2 years, have at least 2 employees (including herself), actively manage the business, and have minimum annual revenues of $150,000 for service-based businesses, and $250,000 for manufacturing businesses. Applications are taken once a year.
